Alexandre Begouen Demeaux
Alexandre is trained in the Denevers method, which is a combination of Swedish, Californian, and acupressure massage techniques. He is also qualified in deep tissue massage, cupping, and lymphatic drainage.
Since every body is different, Alexandre ensures that every massage is equally so. He is particularly committed to helping people who want to make their body their best ally and regain full mobility!Carl Constant
My name is Carl Constant. I am a certified massage therapist from the Ikra School of Massage and a proud member of the Quebec Federation of Certified Massage Therapists. I firmly believe in a holistic approach to healing, and that’s why, through my practice, I strive to align my patients and promote well-being to maintain a healthy mind and body.
I worked as a full-time personal trainer for six years, and I am also a former soldier in the Canadian Forces.
I have also added cupping and gua sha to my practice. In addition, I studied kinesitherapy and have a foundation in Shiatsu and Thai massage. To me, it’s all part of one ecosystem.
Taking the time to take the time — to care for oneself, to stay healthy, and even to optimize health.
